Stop looking mid.Start looking dangerous.
Most guys don't look bad. They look slightly off — and nobody ever tells them why. This page is the why, plus the six checks that catch it. Free, four minutes, no sign-up.
01 — THE PROBLEM
You're judged in three seconds, and not on what you think
People read posture and the pace you move at before they register a single thing you're wearing. By the time they notice the shirt, the impression is already set.
That's why the guy in a $12 t-shirt sometimes reads sharper than the guy in a $300 jacket. One of them has clothes that fit his shoulders and a back that's straight. The other is hoping the label does the work.
None of this is taste, and none of it is genetics. It's a short list of rules that most men were simply never taught — not at school, not at home. Here's the part of the list you can check on yourself right now.
02 — THE FREE CHECK
Six checks. Do them on what you're wearing right now.
Stand in front of a mirror in whatever you have on. Tick every line that's true. Be honest — nobody sees this.
The fit check
0 / 6 passed
Start tickingMost men pass two of these on a normal day. Two.
03 — WHAT ACTUALLY MOVES THE NEEDLE
Three areas. Everything else is noise.
01 / CLOTHING
Fit beats brand
Twelve pieces that fit your build make more outfits than forty that don't. Hemming a pair of jeans costs about ten dollars and reads as made-to-measure. That's the whole game.
02 / GROOMING
Three steps, not ten
Cleanser, moisturizer, SPF. Three minutes a morning, about thirty dollars for months. Stop washing your face with body soap — it strips the barrier and your skin fights back with more oil.
03 / PRESENCE
Posture finishes it
Head, shoulder blades and glutes against a wall. Remember that feeling and carry it. Hold eye contact three to five seconds, then break it sideways — never down.
04 — WHERE THIS COMES FROM
This page is a fragment. The full thing is a 30-day protocol.
Everything above came out of one system I put together after wasting years buying the wrong sizes and blaming my face for it. It's built as thirty days, not as theory: ten days on clothing, ten on grooming, ten on posture and presence, with a checklist at every step.
Here's what's actually in it.
05 — HOW THE 30 DAYS RUN
One area at a time, so nothing gets abandoned
Days 1–10
Clothing
Identify your build, clear out what works against it, build the core wardrobe, fix the fit on what you keep.
Days 11–20
Grooming
Skin routine morning and night, a haircut that suits your face, beard or shave sorted, scent picked for the occasions you actually have.
Days 21–30
Presence
Five minutes of posture work a day, then eye contact, speaking pace and pauses until they run without thinking about them.
The Glow Up Protocol
The full 30-day system — eleven chapters, both bonus charts, and the checklist you run on day thirty to see what actually changed. Instant download, yours to keep.

06 — QUESTIONS
Before you ask
I don't have money for a new wardrobe.
You don't need one. The core list is built around mainstream stores and lands between $150 and $300 for twelve pieces — and half of it you probably already own in the wrong size. The single highest-return move in the whole guide costs about ten dollars at a tailor.
I'm not in shape. Does this still apply?
It applies more. The first chapter splits into four builds — lean, heavier, athletic, shorter — because the same shirt behaves differently on each. Nothing in the protocol requires a gym or losing weight.
Is this just "wear black and stand up straight"?
No. It's specific: where a seam sits, where a hem breaks, which cut to buy for your build, what to put on your face and in what order, what to show a barber, how long to hold eye contact. Specifics are the point.
How long does it take each day?
Ten to fifteen minutes. The clothing block is mostly one shopping trip and one closet clear-out; grooming is three minutes twice a day; posture is five minutes.
What do I actually get?
A PDF you download once and keep — eleven chapters, the capsule wardrobe pairing chart, the brands-by-budget chart, and the day-30 checklist.
Nobody's bornwith taste.
They just learned ten rules earlier than you did. You've got six of them above — run the check, fix what failed, and you'll already be ahead of most of the room. When you want the other twenty-four in order, with the checklists, they're here.
